9/6/17 - Message from Miss Georgiou
What a fantastic Science Week it's been! I hope you have all enjoyed it as much as myself, Mrs Plastiras and everyone else who has taught you this week have. Well done for being so hard-working and giving this week your best effort (as per usual!).
(There are pictures of many of the activities you took part in below this message.)
Next week, on Monday 12th June, there will be a maths assessment based on the geometry that you were learning last half term.
Here are the topics that you will be assessed on:
-Finding missing angles within quadrilaterals and triangles
-Plotting coordinates and then joining them to form a shape
-Translating shapes on coordinates
-Reflecting shapes from a line of symmetry
Remember, you can use MyMaths to revise these topics if you feel that you need reminders or extra practice on any of them.
Have a lovely weekend,
Half-term homework and information
See you all after half term!

Your task during half-term is to create a model, based on any of the following Viking topics:
As an extension, you could include an information sheet with your model, containing some research about your chosen topic.
We look forward to seeing your amazing projects after half-term, on Monday 7th November.
Also, there are no new spelling words to learn this week. There will be a spelling assessment of the spelling words learned this half-term when you come back though, so try to practise them!
