Yoga

Mrs Shah offers yoga as a therapy.

 

"I work on a one to one basis for 15 minutes or a group session for 30 minutes per week.  The session is tailored to what the children need that week e.g if they are happy, anxious, tired, energetic.  The outcome is to give the children whatever they need to get through the school day and give them tools to help regulate their anxiety levels."
