As another act of kindness why not get your child to write a letter or send a card to our local care home, Southgate Beaumont Care Home.

'We The People' for The Global Goals

At Walker School we are working together to make the World a better place and we are working together to achieve the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
The School Council, Unicef Ambassadors and The Eco Committee have come together and decided that as from Monday 3rd February 2020 Walker Primary School will become 'Plastic Free'.
We ask that NO more single use plastic water bottles be used in our school.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and hope we can work together to achieve these Goals by 2030!

Welcome to our RSHE page!

Our RSHE curriculum aims to build on moral values, positive attitudes and awareness of society, through developing children personally and emotionally and as young citizens.

Our aim is for our children to leave Walker as responsible citizens. Their personal and social development is a vital part of their school life.

These pages will include many of the wonderful opportunities we give our children, including:
-working with the police and local emergency services
- learning about healthy eating and by providing daily fruit to all 4-7 year olds.
- having buddies to work with younger children at playtimes
- circle time in all the classes
- a school council which meets every half term

THE LIST IS NEVER ENDING!
