COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

 

The Walker School Complaints' Procedures and Policies is reviewed and revised annually. Our policy is based on the London Borough of Enfield model guidance for complaint procedures.

Walker is an open school and we welcome dialogue with parents regarding any issues. Below is a summary of the Walker Complaints procedure. A full copy of the document is available on the website or at the school office. We want to ensure that all our pupils are able to make the best of their time in school. If things go wrong, it is important you contact us informally immediately. The whole process can be quite long and we would encourage families to talk to the class teacher in the first instance and then Senior Managers or the Headteacher to try to resolve the complaint.
