Walker is an open school and we welcome dialogue with parents regarding any issues. Below is a summary of the Walker Complaints procedure. A full copy of the document is available on the website or at the school office. We want to ensure that all our pupils are able to make the best of their time in school.

If things go wrong, it is important you contact us informally immediately.

We endeavour to resolve matters efficiently and effectively , so we would encourage families to talk to the class teacher in the first instance and then Senior Leaders or the Headteacher to try to resolve the complaint.
