TRAVEL PLAN
Walker Primary School has had an active Travel Plan since 2006.
We promote sustainable and safer travel at every opportunity through regular assemblies, competitions and events. The children at Walker all know that walking, scooting or cycling to school is the healthiest way to travel for themselves and the environment!
Our Travel Plan is part of our work on becoming a sustainable school.
In 2020, we achieved the Gold Accreditation from TfL for our Travel Plan for the second time round. We are proud of this achievement and are working to maintain the Gold through all our hard work and dedication as a whole school
